Done with 1st technical, then HR said to upload docs and submit EAF.. done that
Today morning HR called for discussion. All good. She asked for expectations? I said current offer in hand XX + 5 lacs ( all fixed), she said will get back to you. No negotiations, nothing

Now while i check portal, it says "we regret to inform, there is no profile matching your expected comp".

Still im getting call from HR (different lady) for Modifications in EAF.

Any ideA ?

Whenever i have a big deadline, my body goes into a panic mode where my energy immediately goes to figuring out how I’ll get something done well and on time. Outwardly, I don’t seem stressed so no one notices but actually I usually feel like I have a cold: fatigue, headache, sore throat, sinus infection. When a task is done, i stop feeling like crap. It’s been like this since law school. Any tips on managing stress or moving towards doing good work without my body shutting down lol?

Do you think women in the industry are paid lesser as compared to men.
Out of personal experience ,I can see that during compensation discussion HR person tries to convince a women candidate for a lesser package . Now this could also be the case where it is much easier to convince women to take up the job for lesser salary.
Whereas the male team member gets paid high (same YOE , same number of switch , similar prev CTC) though women are equally or more talented sometimes.
