Accenture offered me a CTC of 9 lakhs (Fixed). I also received an offer from a product-based organization for 10.80 lakhs (Fixed). What are the chances that Accenture will match this offer, and when should I approach them? My joining date is in September. If anyone has faced a similar situation, please help.

Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations.
