If EY is the answer, then what was the question? Probably where can I go to be legally tortured and humiliated on a daily basis and underpaid vs market? But other than that, it's a great place to work. Good health benefits.
I actually didn't realize that the 401k match was also not good. But that makes sense. Oh wait, it scales up, but kinda slowly right. It's only 25% of a certain percentage of your salary, not even 25% of max contribution amount. But that scales up overtime. But the dollar cost averaging works against getting more later. But don't worry, the investment selections suck really bad too.

What type of role are you looking at?
SAP manager. I want something tht has the business process and technical side of the job
Can’t speak for EY but SAP is Accenture’s bread and butter. And since it’s a huge practice, you can network into doing roles you want
No clue regarding other firms. But I’d say most implementations are pretty technical in nature. But once you hit SM, you’re project mgmt and selling stuff. Not much technically-challenging work at that level from what I’ve been seen
