Actively interviewing and finding it hard to focus on my current job. I just want to be on to the next one. I am interviewing with 4 companies this week and really hoping something sticks. What makes it worse is that each role has multiple rounds with 5-6 interviews so it’s just a time sink. It feels never ending. Anyone else doing the same? Advice?

I'm in the middle of interviewing as well, so can completely empathize. I've been trying to reframe how I approach work by trying to think of whoever will be assigned to take over my cases when I'm gone. I want to set them up for success as best as I can, so have been focusing on doing my best while also staying positive.

Yes and also think of it as learning experience for your new role.

Try to think it as another task of our work. That's what I did, it helps a little. Also, wonder if you apply for leave for the interview or your boss give leeway for it? Since it's like 4 interview in a week.

Think of it as dating when you’re single (but really want to be in a steady committed relationship). You can NOT rush this process
