Seeking feedback on GAP insurance. I had a family member who purchased a car in June or July. They were in an accident last week and it sounds like the car will be declared a total loss. Anyone wants to share how much it sucks to be on those state unemployment claims projects? You have to hear those jobless people complain all day everyday and they would yell at you if they are not happy with your response. The EY HR person would threaten to fire you if you ask to be off from it. I wonder if this is in violation of labor law.
