Advice for switching from a smaller consulting firm to a mbb firm or big 4? What are the best consulting firms in Toronto that have the best growth and compensation? I am currently in a smaller consulting firm and joined recently out of university. Currently learning lots with a 10-12 year road to partner. I am only getting compensated 80-90k out of university. Just curious what the growth and compensation looks like in other big consulting firms in Toronto

My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? From reading a number of books and listening to a number of podcasts about starting a business, one underlying factor they all share is to have deep passion for what you do. How do you know what your passion is? I mean I think a lot about golf but i don’t think that’s a passion. It’s my hobby. I think most people just know.
