Big 4 won’t compensate you more than why you’re getting right now as a new grad
You won’t get into MBB without an MBA. Most recruiting post university is for PE or IB folks trying to pivot.
Of the people I have referred only the IB folks got offers
Honestly 80-90k as a new grad is already pretty good
If you like the work you’re doing at your firm, stay for a while. Being at a smaller consulting firm has its perks as you’re given more ownership.
Staffing as an entry-level analyst is pretty hit or miss at some of these bigger firms. You could be on year-long implementations or PMO, which while can be educational, are not particularly sought after projects.
If you want to make the jump, do it after you’ve gotten a few years under your belt.
