Advice please! I've been interning at this agency for about 4 months now (they gave me an extension)...but I'm not entirely sure if they can offer a full time position as a JR Strategist given the circumstances of the agency, scope of work, etc... I want to be a strategist and I want to be in advertising. I just don't know what I should do if I don't get the gig. Should I take a diff position then hope to transition?
There aren't many jr strat openings out there + the agency people are awesome
