I have two offer , one offer is from Infosys and package is 16 + 1.25(JB) and role is lead data analyst - data science (Bangalore location) and other offer is from Latent view and package is 18 and role assistant manager and location is Chennai.

Which one should I choose?

I am selected in Barclays pune as a windows server specialist level 2 role and in VMware Bangalore as a tse level 2
At VMware it will be a Cloud management business unit
Barclays paying more but it's on prem
VMware will give an opportunity on its cloud that is vrealize automation operation log insights and analytics..
Any thoughts and suggestions for taking the right descision are most welcome.
I understand that both companies are really good...

Does anyone else just not even want to be a people manager anymore?! The amount of work this is taking, I’m just so over it. In addition to them piling on my work (which is a full time job) the people management stuff is just as much a full time job that no one in management seems to take into account. My concern is that here in Indiana, I have taught in 3 different districts over 21 years in traditional high schools & have not ever had a student teacher or Practicum observer in my computer lab classroom.
