After being absolutely savages on glassdoor, my former agency managed to get a slew of glowing 5-star reviews in two days. This is clearly HR and/or management trying to bury the bad reviews. Do they really not think that prospective employees can see through this tactic?

I have got the ey hr mail stating i should provide him with aadhar card, information sheet and latest resume for a audit and assurance contract for 6 months as iam a semi qualified CA.

Hi! I’m currently a Sr. Recruiter at an Agency, looking for a better opportunity in NJ. I have a B.S. in HR Management, 3.5 total years in Recruiting/HR. I have experience recruiting for various industries, and across board for different levels (entry, supervisor, manager, director, cfo). I’m seeking hybrid or on-site positions at this time - any leads or reach outs are appreciated!

Have an offer from a dream company but I'll need to go in at a lower level. Knowing that I can bring a lot of value to the company (read- I know my worth), I negotiated with the hiring manager to have a level/comp review 6 months after employment. If I hit all my goals (ie, prove myself) within that time frame, I'll get a promotion and salary adjustment.
QUESTIONS:
Should this be in writing in the offer letter?
How detailed should it be? I assume I won't know what goals to set till I start...
