What will be inhand salary?

Hello Fishes,
I left capegemini on 4th of Feb and I still haven't got my relieving letter as well as experience letter. I'm trying to access my capegemini portal from webvpn.capgemini.com but I'm not able to access that either. Please suggest me what should be done, my next employer is asking for relieving letter.

Oh no, that is so frustrating! Are you able to ask someone about this? Maybe HR or someone in leadership? Have you already left the job?
There could be other factors such as the remote work is an accommodation for a disability you know nothing about, or that your work from home situation wasn’t something your employer thought was acceptable (for example, if someone asks for flexibility to watch their children during work hours it’s a no).
If you are still working there you can certainly ask HR but be ready to gush about how you don’t want to leave, blah blah.
If you aren’t there, assume good intentions and let it go.
I appreciate your reply. Interestingly, this person doesn't have a disability, and the situation has been ongoing for months. Moreover, there are concerns about them misusing company time. The absence of effective leadership in our department is troubling, as it allows such behavior without accountability.
In my experience, not every employee is treated equally.. some employers will grant an employee to work from home if they have a history of good work ethic and trustworthiness. In that same department, a different employee can be turned down if management doesn't find them trustworthy. Working from home is a privilege, that is very often taken advantage of.
I'm sorry that happened to you! Are you still at your job (your last day hasn't occurred yet)? If so, I recommend asking HR about it.
Was your feedback from your performance during the work from home period positive? If you didn’t get any, it would be hard to defend allowing someone else to do what they aren’t allowing you to do. I’d discuss with HR because they’d have to provide the reason to them. It wouldn’t necessarily be told to you but if it was unfair, HR should be able to intervene.
