After in-person interview,how many days to get interview feedback from HR. Can anyone help me regarding to this?

I’m interviewing for a job, but I’m getting a toxic vibes.
1. want me to relocate to NY but the supervisor is based in another state. Why am I relocating?2. commented on my outfit (a shirt and tie) for zoom and laughed that I dressed up for an interview
3. Said if I hadn’t reached out to someone on the team prior to applying, he would’ve declined my application for being outside NY.
4. asked my favorite movie and said “he fell asleep” during

I’m doing second round interviews with Deloitte but also interviewing with three other companies. If I get an offer from Deloitte, how long can I put off making a decision in order to finish the interview process with the other companies? Is this generally frowned upon?

I’m really trying to break into method development roles and I haven’t had the opportunity to do so with my analytical experience. A lot of my HPLC and LCMS experience is with already established methods. Any tips?

AmLaw200 I interviewed with will likely go with a “more experienced candidate”. I’ve got 8 years and its a staff attorney role so whatever. Partner I met with was rushed from the start like he had already made up his mind. Pissed because they knew from the recruiter that I was a “diverse” candidate and they sent me the Mansfield self-identification survey days before they actually requested an interview.

I currently work as a Contracted Software Engineer and I’m set to finish my contracted time at the end of October. To stay ahead of game I started to move forward in the interview process with another opportunity as an Application Software Programmer and just received notification that I got the position. I work in insurance. I was working for an Allstate agent and was fired the day after my grandmothers funeral for being “unenthusiastic in our morning meeting”. Now I’m having anxiety searching for a job. I don’t think I want to sell anymore yet every single recruiter I interview with says I should, that I have a “salesperson mentality”. I’m burnt out. Has anyone else felt this way? How did handle it? Is there a different career path I can take or am I destined to sell insurance forever?

Is there any downside to applying to MIT LGO as opposed to just Sloan? The website says they will consider you for Sloan if you dont get LGO. I want the MBA for sure, but LGO seems like a cool program.

Hinge advice - I (30F) match with descent number of ppl but then most guys don’t initiate the convo. Is this a SF thing or am I doing something wrong? I used to just initiate convo myself, but then in those cases usually don’t get replies. Any tips?
