Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.

Any one familiar with comp for a Portfolio Associate roll at PIMCO on their mortgage backed securities team? I’m looking at an offer and want make sure I’m in line with the average comp for the company and industry. Only 4 months of experience and offer is 98k w/ 10-20% bonus plus 15k relo/ sign on. Looking at Glassdoor, bonuses seem higher than quoted by the hiring manager. (No written offer yet they say they’re still working on it)

I honestly would not stop working on your resume and putting yourself out there even if you're waiting on next steps after one interview. I would give it a week before reaching out again for an update on next steps.
Thank you for the feedback. I am continuing with the process. I was just wondering what the expected time is to receive feedback - from the recruiter or if it still common. What has everybody else experienced?
It really depends on how fast they want to wrap it up. Also, when they really want you they sometimes provide feedback within an hour! Again, it all depends on how fast they want you.
I agree with SA. I’ve learned to try to have a few potential positions lined up so that I’m actively trying to score and not wasting time waiting.
You will likely not get any feedback from HR. You’ll either get invited to the next round or hear nothing at all. Could take a few weeks. Either way, keep looking around. Better to have a couple options to choose from.
The expected time for me to receive a feedback was 1 to 2 weeks
I've had to wait as long as three months. Granted they did go on a hiring freeze and have to wait to hire me or anyone else. I did continue to apply in the meantime though.
Wow
Appreciate it all your comments! I will now mentally move on from the expectation as one just took its mid-term and is waiting for the results. Is it still good to follow up to get any feedback?
