I am an Audit S1 that wants to work in a B4 Forensics practice. Would it be best for me to accept an offer in Forensics at a much smaller firm (local, 150ish total employees) to gain experience and then try to move to B4 Forensics? Hey everyone! I’m interviewing for an HR Generalist role at a Fintech company, this will be their first HR hire and will be reporting to the CFO. I got invited to a second round interview to meet the team to ensure that it’s a good culture fit. I would love to know any thoughts on what I should ask or do to ensure that I am great fit. I left a good impression on the CFO but would to see what else so can do when meeting with the team since it’ll be a 2.5 hour meet up. I’m really excited!
