TAD nailed it. If you’re only on agency #2 right now, the internship at the top tier agency isn’t going to be buried on your resume...it’s going to be the second place listed. You could maybe write one or two lines about what you did as an intern, but I wouldn’t do anything more than that.
Your work speaks louder than any formatting/reshuffling will. Aim for 2-3 solid produced campaigns when you consider jumping ship. Feel free to DM me your work.
No, as a full-time professional there's no sense in putting an internship before a legitimate full-time job with real responsibilities. Also, a recruiter isn't going to miss seeing your internship on your resume given you have little experience so far / are at the beginning of your career. Your book is more important than any shop name, btw. You're not going to get hired off of an agency name alone, much less an internship. Don't think in those terms that's short sighted. Think of the work you're doing and your book. Also, developing real long-term relationships with your bosses and coworkers across teams in the industry that will play an important role in your network in the future. Good luck!
Internships are not in the same tier as jobs and it will seem like you’re trying too hard if you list it before your actual job. List it first don’t shortchange yourself! I imagine you work hard and are good at what you do - the fact that the internship is on there at all will show as much.
Definitely put your internship
