Offer is disappointing from both comp/ title perspective, which shows the “colours” of the firm as tough negotiators.

Pursue it still, or be pragmatic and know my value?

What is the associate comp at firms like RGRD? Lower with larger potential bonuses? What is the upside compared to Biglaw, just more substantive experience early on?

Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter, to be approved by L4), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa. After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).

I don't have any other offer as of now. What should I do?

Furthermore no signs of compensation going up…Is it the best time to leave or stay? Additionally too many management changes have taken place that everything feels out of place.
