Am progressing through rounds with 2 companies (been on hunt for 8 months, am early career), one is a large fintech company for ~10k less than what I was making, other is super small boutique for ~10k more.
Trying to weigh my options ahead of time in case I have to actually choose between them. Obviously one looks better on the resume but the other would pay me more so I need to look at other factors to compare.
Tbh I doubt I'll be in a situation to choose but now I'm just curious. Thoughts?

I've gotten the Deloitte D launch orientation survey. Me start date is on the 16th (less than 2 weeks). I have an offer to join a startup as an APM. The only downside is that the engineering team is located offshore in India.
