I need this same help, Amazonians. L7 role Senior Program Manager in the DC area at HQ2 with 16 Years exp in a specialized function. I understand the 160 base and the RSU and sign-on bonus monthly proration but I don’t know where start for total comp. I dodged it earlier in our convos with the whole “I’m sure we can come to agreement based on market conditions” but my googling suggests L7s have a super wide range. Where’s a good start point for Sign-on and RSUs?

160k is max base for any employee, regardless of who you are (exception of Bay Area and NYC).
Comp is made of base, sign on, and RSUs. RSUs vest over 4 years. Depending on performance, you get additional base + RSUs on top of current amount
