When I run with my shoes on the toe gets squeezed, turns black and pains a lot after an hour. Looking to change my shoes. Should I increase my size, look for extra cushion at front? What should I do? Any shoe recommendations will be very helpful.

Do you use the first name of the executive team members when you see them in the office? Regardless of whether they know you or not?
Any tips for sleeping early Sunday nights? I already have a habit of staying up late but I can never seem to fall asleep at a reasonable hour and then Monday’s just suck with travel 😩
Has anyone pivoted into the engineering world, preferably the aerospace industry, later in life (mid 30s)? My goal is work as an aerospace engineer, which is what I’m passionate about. I just worry about the financial impact on my family from having to start over. Boeing Lockheed Martin Northrop Grumman SpaceX NASA Blue Origin
The enrollment for fallout 76 beta apparently crashed bethesda servers last night. Is that a good sign or a foreshawdowing...
Those of you who Juul, do you find that it’s more addictive than cigarettes and that you end up Juuling even when you don’t crave it? Suggestions on how to kick this habit ?
Wonder if anyone can offer advice on which cert to pursue next? I obtained my CompTIA Security+ last year and wondering if I should go for the CySA+ or Pentest+ next. I also have my AWS CCP and will be sitting for the Solutions Architect soon as well. Currently not doing security stuff at work but would love to keep my skills going. I was hoping one of these next certs will help me finally break into a security role and love the idea of pentesting but not sure if the CySA+ is more beneficial.
How long does it take to prepare a job description? I left EY for a position in the industry and my firm ended up using EY Law.... anyway, it’s been 4.5 months since we kicked off the process and EY Law has been sitting on job description. Any thoughts?
I’m the only PM in my company. We work with custom automation in Michigan. I’m a recent graduate in mechanical engineering but I have 6+ in business and a degree on it. My question is, is 60k too little? Some of my friends are telling me that I was lowballed.
I just started an agency with a strategy partner. We are looking for good examples of small agencies that are positioning themselves around strategy, brand, and advertising capabilities in clear and interesting ways. Who’s standing out and doing it right?
I moved to a new city 8 months ago but I don’t like it. I have made one close friend and other than that I’m mostly alone.
I need to let my landlord know next week if I want to renew my lease.
I have a few options:
-renew my lease and stay one more year in this city I don’t really like
- cancel my lease and go back home (it’s a great city)
- move to yet a new city that I feel would suit me better, at least on paper
How would one assess their options?
Recently, I’ve been working with a new team and couldn’t be happier with the work environment we’ve created even being short staffed. I can’t help but reflect on my past team structures I’ve had at past agencies.. I never felt I could relate to anyone (usually white f/m) and seems like we only ever bonded over happy hours & publisher outings with tons of booze. Point being, I’m grateful to have the opportunity to lead a diverse team of strong thinkers and hard workers with similar experiences.
Who would be interested in being apart of a young consultants networking group? Current and former consultants under 30 are welcome to join in on happy hours and networking events once a month
Anyone won the battle when being told you have to return to office but you want to stay remote? Not particularly interested in compromising considering I’ve been remote my entire tenure here, but they’re really trying to force it on us. All tips welcome. Background: no one on my working team lives in the same office, I’m just at the US HQ.
Updates from Publicis

Can the hybrid model actually work?
People have gotten so used to just backing meetings up into each other. You logout of one and immediately jump in to another. I remember days full of meetings before but not at this volume.
I struggle believing this practice will cease with any percentage of the workforce at home. I don't subscribe to all or nothing but I'm interested in if this has been addressed. Has anyone's hybrid policy mentioned the future of meeting best practice?
I hate politics, which means I suck at Office Politics. Any advice, learning experiences, or insight for someone who knows he has to be better at it?
Just got return to office email. People can start coming in 6/1 but still limited access. Seems like September will be a more official return. They’ve said 75% of us will remain hybrid wfh/in office after that (NYC)
Has anyone’s company moved their return to office date FORWARD? Curious to hear of anyone’s experience
Am very curious to hear about people’s companies’ hybrid plans! (If they have one).

Is there anyone going back full time? If so, when? Curious to hear thoughts on that if you are returning to the office 5x per week
