I am scheduled to close on a property with a tenant who has not vacated the property. The seller is giving me a deal on the property because she needs to sell ASAP. Tenant is aware the property is under contract for a sale. Tenant has an agent and looking to purchase a property but hasn’t found anything yet. My interest rate lock is about to expire so I have to make a decision on settlement. Any advice on an ejectment in PA (I was told it wouldn’t be an eviction).

I’ve been taking 70mg vyvanse and 20mg non time release adderol for years now. And I definitely still take more pills than prescribed. Yea I like the slight rush I get but in general I have bad anxiety and am out of energy if I don’t take anything. I get paralyzed to do the most simple things without the meds. I can’t help but take more than I’m supposed to, has anyone successfully quit meds and still was able to focus, have motivation, and energy?

Hired cleaner recommended through the Neighborhood app. She came for the first couple of cleanings and did a great job. Subsequent cleanings, she sent other people and today, instead of two adults, the replacement cleaner brought her 13-year-old daughter. Can the hybrid model actually work?

People have gotten so used to just backing meetings up into each other. You logout of one and immediately jump in to another. I remember days full of meetings before but not at this volume.

I struggle believing this practice will cease with any percentage of the workforce at home. I don't subscribe to all or nothing but I'm interested in if this has been addressed. Has anyone's hybrid policy mentioned the future of meeting best practice?
