Hello all! So I’m currently a Realtor in LA. Prior to being a Realtor, I was a store manager for a luxury store in Beverly Hills. I was kind of forced to get out of retail when the pandemic hit so my only option at the time was to jump in to real estate as I already had my license. I have a set of virtual interviews that last from 9-5 with 8 different people. Why does that seem a little excessive to me? I understand that they want to make sure many people across different departments approve of me but it still seems like a lot.

Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc). I find this aspect of PA stressful and exhausting but not sure if this is something you just get used to. Currently a manager and seems like the metrics just change over time / don’t get easier.
