In 5 years, I have very few complaints with Delta. Aside from the occasional meltdown, I've had few cancellations and usually on-time.
As you see, people value different things. Delta out of LGA I agree with, I'm also Delta and can say generally their overall experience seems better to me than United or American. True though their miles don't go far. Weigh this all

Seriously now , I would go with delta from the two. If JetBlue good for you ...will go with them

AA has better mile redemption values
Delta if you are flying out of LGA. Most direct flights available, and easier to get in and out of (vs terminal b, which will be a shit show for the next five years).
AA suffers from attitude problems. They're doing you a favor allowing you to fly. Don't need that in my life.
