My father took a home loan, and the same home is kept as mortgage.
I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
Tax is also getting deducted, I'm paying hefty emis.
What can I do?

Had a flight out this morning on AA and volunteered my seat due to overbooking. Gate agent initially said $575, after boarding was complete she said she’s going to give me $850!

There’s a debit card that I’ve been using for the past 4 years and it beats out some of the cash back credit cards. It’s the Cash app debit card. I haven’t heard people talk about it in the card community and it could save people a bit of money - 10% cash back. What other cards to add to my collection? I have AmEx Platinum and Chase Sapphire Reserve. Fly Delta so AmEx is handy for lounges. Use Sapphire for dining/travel. Should I add Chase Freedom Unlimited?
