Hello Folks, Due to very toxic environment I had put down paper w/o having any offer. Fortunately, within 2 weeks of NP I cleared interviews for almost 4-5 organisations. All HR, had said that in last month of NP they'll release an offer, just so that I won't have a counter offer. My aunt recently passed away, leaving behind 2 young girls (16 and 12 years old). I’m trying my best to be there for them and pray for them, and have been asking people to pray for them as well. Until I started question what is the point of asking people to pray for them? I know God hears my prayers, so why do we ask people to pray ?
