An events/experiential producer in LA who has 7 years in the industry. (5 agency, 2 fab shop) I'm getting offers for $450/day but being told I'm worth $800/day by others. What should I be asking for?

What's the M1 salary at the big 4 firms? No MBA. I think I'm getting 125k this year at KPMG when I promote and wanted to know if that was in line with the others.
