It’s time for me to move on from my back office/CBS job at EY. I’ve been able to get through to recruiter and hiring manager screening round with FAANG employers and some tech companies but never beyond that. How can I differentiate myself when I’m probably also up against our client facing colleagues in consulting. I have about 12 years experience (7 at EY doing the same thing).

DD1 - Yes, we call it “growth” but it’s more like “burnout inducer”
Agreed with @A1 - certainly a stretch role for an Analyst. I’d personally want to make sure you were well versed in Agile before putting you into such a role though.
Surprising to hear of an Analyst taking a Scrum Master role. What experience do you have?
Accenture is always staffing people in ridiculous stretch roles
If you want a challenge go for it. If you do well it will set you up pretty damn well for promotion, as being a scrum master is a leadership postion. If you want to ease your way in a bit to ACN I would look at other roles for now. Depends on what you want to do.
E1 in what world is scrum master PMO
My interests are in MC and the manager said i would be working by myself, which seems like it could be overwhelming, so I’m a bit hesitant
^ yeah I'd be careful that they're not selling the role as something it's not...
Based on what she described it seemed pretty accurate, this is the description
Op - If you are proficient in Agile and Jira operations well enough to explain both to a client, it’d be worth applying
Finally a post where people do not bash on PMO!
