Can someone give me advice on how to wake up consistently at 6 am? I’ve been trying for weeks but I’ve been able to manage it a few times. Usually I’m so tired I go back to sleep and wake up by 8. I go to bed around 11-12

If you work for a large strategy firm and a client approves a much larger budget than you think was needed for the project is it okay to just accept the overage ? We will find a way to use it, but weirdly feel guilty. Is it ever good to go back to the client and say that you want less than they approved? Lol…..
