Big 4 front office salaries in India? Curious what’s the range for staff to Partner?

Anyone own turnkey businesses? Like laundromats, gas stations, car washes, pizzerias, etc. if so how is it owning one while working? Good cash flow, how involved are you with day to day etc. also is there any issues buying a business like this working in big 4?

Hi everyone, I’m currently a tax manager in big 4 and just trying to search if there’s a job/exit opportunity that can provide GC sponsorship but less stressful than big 4. My professional experience is focusing on partnership and individual tax, as welling as small business accounting. I have prior approved 140, with PD almost current, and my current company is about to start sponsor me, but giving the processing time, I still need to stay another 3 years.
