Has anyone went for offer letter revision in mindtree recently? I have offer of 12 lpa. Got the offer of 15 lpa from another company. How much I ask from them? What are the chances of getting it revised

Can anyone here explain me the variable component in Mindtree??
HR said.. everything is fixed , there is nothing variable here.
Is this true ?? Or is it that there is variable which is being paid monthly and which can actually vary month to month??

Joined Ericsson a year ago. Learned new things but not enough. Thinking of leaving it and join some other org. What do you think? I wanted some on-site opportunities but so far nothing.
I know the raise will be in between 5-10%. But the part I missed the most is learning. I can use their portal but that is all theory and can’t do much if they don’t provide the time for it .
