Any of you successfully transitioned from consulting to AWS? If so, would you share your experience?

Hello fellow SAP Consultants!
I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.

Any advice on breaking into international arbitration? For background, I’m a 6th year litigation associate (general commercial) and I’m feeling bored with my work. I really took an interest in international arbitration during law school (participated in Vis moot, etc.) but didn’t actively pursue it after graduating. Am I being completely unrealistic by wanting to switch?

I work with a lot of retirees and would love to return in my latter professional years. I have my Bachelors in Applied Coastal Environmental Science and want to expand my options. Hello, I’m an associate (almost at the one year mark) at a midsize firm on the EPL team. I did about 2 years of employment law as a clerk during school and know that’s what I want to go into. I’ve asked for more EPL work but keep catching PI cases. I second-chaired an employment trial but don’t see any EPL work for the foreseeable future and wasn’t getting as much EPL exposure as I wanted before the trial. Any advice on a lateral move to a bigger firm with a broader range of EPL work?

Tips to clear AWS solution architect professional exam. No background in AWS

I work heavily in AWS and am looking to learn another cloud platform. I have zero knowledge of azure and gcp and would like input on which to learn. Azure would make sense since its the second largest in terms of market share, but GCP seems far more interesting and technically challenging with things like Kubernetes and BigQuery.

Last year when Covid broke, I received a couple of interview calls but ignored them as I felt the organization kept me at work when other companies cut short their HR staff so I should be with them even if with no appraisal. But now, I was living in the fool's paradise when I am told to leave with no job offers in hand, car and home loan, dependent parents, expecting jobless spouse with a 3-year old kid.

My final round of technical Interview was over in Deloitte USI and it was with team members. I think HR will connect with me for package as per team members.
Role : Consultant (Manual tester)
YOE : 5.6 yrs
Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?

I have some collections on my credit report. One from an electric company for $800 (imo they violated terms of contract and sent me to collections in spite of their fuck up), and an apartment for $80~ that charged me a cleaning fee when my apartment was spotless.

Despite these two collections have a 712-720 credit score.

So mortgage lenders care at all about the collections or is it mostly the credit score that matters?
