Is the interview process different for a sr. coming back to Big 4 vs external sr. hire? What is the interview process for a boomerang sr at big 4? It would be at a different office so can’t rely on reputation besides a referral. Trying to gauge how much prep work would be needed. Multiple rounds? Technical and cultural fit components? Pretty standard or just sorta depends? Thanks

Applying to a technical accounting position and the Company is asking for a writing sample. They have two options I could either write on a case scenario that they provide me or I can provide a writing sample from something that I have written before. I have a memo talking about a 606 cut off considerations it’s not very technical but I think it would address the request do you guys think this would be enough or should I just do the writing case scenario?

My firm recently removed the CPA requirement to make manager in FDD stating that it is following the market. Being a CPA is definitely better than not being one but will it hurt my exit opportunities if I decide to not pursue my license? One of my Kinders refuses to go to the bathroom at school. I have a bathroom in my classroom and there is a bathroom at the playground. He will hold it until he wets his pants. I have tried everything that I know of to get him to use the bathroom. I’ve talked with my principal and the school counselors and have tried everything that they have come up with. Nothing is working. Mom and dad both say that this is the only place he does this at. He will go just fine outside of school. Suggestions?
