Yes, search for “index match” on youtube
Coach
Because index match:
1. Is faster
2. Is more versatile
3. Does not have compatibility issues*
4. Can perform double directional search when adjusted for binary (equivalent to the double true vlookup)
5. [SUBJECTIVE] Is easier to understand (you INDEX something and MATCH the row/column)
* unless you go like excel 2003 or older vs 2016 (a specific build)
P.s.: they accomplish the same thing in simple cases, but they DO NOT do the same thing

Why do you need a tutorial? 🤔
Not for me..asking for a colleague
It’s super easy if you already know vlookup. Just google it.

If you have to ask … you can’t afford it …

Index match is stronger… but xlookup is faster to navigate, and is can be one of the easiest functions to use with some practice. Reach out if you need any help!
