Hi everyone! In this field, when choosing a masters degree program is it more beneficial to get a degree in Human Resources to further my knowledge in HR (my undergraduate degree is in Economics) , an MBA, or Data Science Degree due to the fact that HR is becoming more data driven as well as get a PHR / SHRM-CP certification?

I’ve 3 years of sales experience in retail ( reached 90k over target) and 2 years of digital marketing experience, I love selling and building connections with people, I want to join a Saas company and work as a SDR but keeping getting rejected due to the fact that I’ve no saas selling experience. I love to learn! Is there any recommended courses or anything I can do to get my foot in the door?

As an experienced, SHRM certified HRBP , I would just like some feedback on your opinion of the differences in the roles between an HRBP an HR Manager besides the obvious that the manager should have direct reports. I am an HRBP and work in step with 3 HRM’s. They all 3 just got out of cycle raises of between 5-20% 😳 and I received nothing. I am quite aware of our HR code that salary is confidential but I was told about this. Would you be looking for other employment? Or stay?

I saw some sales managers discussing hiring strategies, especially for entry level roles (e.g. SDR, BDR).

One strategy that came up was having the applicant do 90 minutes of cold calling into real prospects with the hiring manager coaching.

What do you think of this approach? Would be curious to hear from both hiring manager perspectives and from candidate perspectives.

I’m having the hardest time finding a new job. I have 12 years of HR experience, a masters in HR, SHRM certification, and all I keep getting are rejection emails. I’ve never experienced this difficult of a time searching for new opportunities. Is this normal once you hit a certain level in your career or is it just me?

What are some signs of burn out? This is my first professional job and i’m not sure what the signs are.

Limiting email checks to two specific times daily - - thoughts? Does it help productivity? Is it too dangerous?

If I were to make a career change out of HR, what else could I use my skills for? I have 10 years of progressive HR experience from HR Assistant up to Director and have started thinking about a change.

What is the biggest "burden" about your jobs? The research of stocks, funds, bonds, etc. or putting together a portfolio for customers during the busy seasons?

Cancelations suck in general, but I've gotten this one twice lately "Someones died in my family, and I just cant deal with this now" Click!

Looking for insight on avg total comp for registered middle management with big bank. Considering making the jump from a branch advisor to managing a team of branch advisors. I’m newly 9/10 licensed. Can a company find out if you start to work for another company? Also, is it really a conflict of interest if you work for both companies in the same position, but the companies are in a different field (e.g. pharmaceutical and social media)?

I recently joined Visteon with a good package but I am really unhappy with the quality of work given to me. My peers are mostly clueless freshers from 3rd class colleges. I am starting to feel depressed and horrible. Upon communicating the same to my manager she says you should do what you are told to do, now she degrades me in team meetings.I am still on probation and planning to quit and run.But I am unsure if this will have bad consequences on my career. Can someone guide me here?

Hello, i m looking into a 7 night cruise but travelling with 1 year old for first time. I want to know if anyone has travelled with an infant before and what you fed them in cruise ?
