Anybody who works with Jira. When I copy a dashboard with filters on it to make a new dashboard the filters become linked. So when I change the dates on one the other is changed. Is there a way to delink them without getting rid of the permissions on the filter. Using the “save as” function doesn’t work because it gets rid of the permission. Really appreciate any help

What’s your backup plan if you are laid off as a result of the downturn?

So I’m in industry from big 4, and a colleague with same yoe comes from MBB. High paying tech firm. I think I work harder and produce quality content at speed, but they can hold executive conversations that tend to impress senior stakeholders.

Big 4 produces work horses and MBB produces leaders. Also they could be a work horse too since I don’t have full visibility.

Anyone have similar experiences or do I just suck at executive stakeholder management?

Best stepping stone to get into MBB? MBA vs experience at Big 4 / other second-tier consulting firms?

The round shape doesn't work well for typing and it's not really the right height. Desperately want to get into healthcare strategy consulting. 13 years of healthcare clinical experience including project work. MBA. But keep getting told by recruiters that I don't have enough experience to be a Consultant or Manager but that I have too much experience to enter in every level such as a Senior Associate. Just one rejection after another, even when applying with internal referrals from Director or Partner levels. What am I doing wrong?

One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.
