Up and down Brickell Ave and around Brickell Key is nice.
I’ve always been a big fan of Bayfront Park for walks/jogs/runs especially between 6-8 since is not too hot anymore
If you're a fan of tranquility and sun I am not sure there is a better spot. I also like the trail along the beaches,it can be busy though.
The Venetian causeway is really nice, start in Margaret Pace Park and run it through to south beach.
On south beach, there’s a running path along the beach from south point park that goes all the way north
There’s also a South Beach run club that goes on runs every Thursday night leaving from the Nike store on Lincoln road https://instagram.com/southbeachrunclub
Coral Gables and Coconut Grove are great places on weekends to do that too. More neighborhood style feel.
Once the 2nd phase of the underline is built, that whole area under the tracks should be nice.
Brickell is great, South Miami ave is great, and even the water areas of downtown are nice
I usually bike in the Venetian and some times go until the beach. The traffic is very low on this route.
