Any information on ESOPs? Many employees got congratulations email for ESOP but no mention on the number of shares and by when it will allow us to sell all shares or what is the vesting period?

After 6 years as a community manager I feel exhausted. I've noticed my ideas are not innovative anymore. I'm tired of replying to the same inquiries over and over again. I even stopped using social media during my spare time because I can't handle it anymore.
I know burnout is a common thing and you'll tell me to stay away from social media for 5 days or something. But is this a feeling that will one day go away or is this just the end of my career as I know it?
