Hi All, I have cleared all rounds for GSK and am being offered grade 7, and HR Hasn’t released the offer yet and asking my expectations. He hasn’t given me the full range. I have 9 + years of exp, and CCTC is 20.7 fixed, last year I got 40% bonus on top of my CTC. What is the range which GSK can offer for grade 7? And will it offer 7a or 7b or anything else? I have been interviewing at a company that I have wanted to work at since I was in undergrad. The issue is that they can’t offer me much more than I’m currently making, but they focus on family and making it affordable to have kids (I’m currently pregnant.) Yes, they know.
