Here is my idea for a startup! I collect all the data from career transitions and use Data Analytics to predict the most likely career transitions. I could start with consulting. What do you guys think about this? I would be able to predict based on your firm(mbb, big4), your experience, which role you are likely to move (Faang pm, strategy manager, move to mbb). I have all the data to do this, but wanted your thoughts. Would the output of this be relevant to you?

Once you’ve applied via referral link to a position, does it keep you in a referral pool or do you need to constantly get a new referral link if you apply to another role say 4 months later? Curious since they only last 30 days and i feel bad asking for a link a 3rd time now…..

Any tips for how to stand out when submitting resumes online to an F50? I have started sending my resume to in-house jobs and it’s hard to even get a response from most listings. I have tried being targeted (e.g., applying to in-house M&A roles and not just any in-house role) and adjusting my resume for particular listings (e.g., highlighting experiences of interest to the company). Thoughts on Wealth Management as an industry? Offered a role to work under a senior FA and eventually take over the book (~$800M AUM and growing). It sounds great, but I am worried about the disruption this industry is facing with Robo advisors and other low cost, DIY options. Requirement - relatively better work life balance / stable pay
YOE - 4.5 yrs
All offers are more or less equivalent in terms of compensation (though fixed & bonus are highest at Shell) - close to 27 LPA total CTC

Have worked in a consulting firm and so know about the wlb there!

I do sales for a major engineering firm. Focused on new business and exploring new markets. Last year I was in the top 50% for order intake, and first in number of projects won along with number of new customers. I think this is extraordinary given the effort it takes to win new business.
