Hi all. I wanted to ask for some guidance on when to start applying for MBA internships with consulting firms. I recently started a new position and so not want to come off as a job hopper. I currently work as a grants account for a hospital in Philadelphia. I am a first semester MBA student at the moment while also working g on a Goole data analytics certificate. Any tips, recommendations or referral will be greatly appreciated.

I’m a CRC who manages Investigator- led clinical research projects and I want to transition to a PM role in industry (I would slightly prefer not a PM role in clinical trials since I don’t have clinical trial experience.) I’ve applied to PM roles at many biotech companies (e.g. Charles River, ICON, Paraxel) but only got 1 interview which didn’t work out. Which companies should I look to for an entry level PM role? I work with a junior PM who is not performing. Not my report, we share a mgr, but as a senior PM I lead the product. He can’t finish anything, needs a lot of coaching, I give him 2h/wk but I can’t afford more.
After 2mos I raised it to our mgr who promised to work with him. 2 more mos passed, mgr talked to him only once, no change in perf. I think mgr doesn’t want to deal with the problem. Now they ask if I want to manage JPM. It is going to be a ‘no’ but I want to ask some advice on all this.

Have any of you taken "low bono" clients while working at a firm? I want to take on a low bono client or two but not sure who would get the money. I have heard from friends working in different companies about Synechron. Employees working hours are very closely monitored at Synechron.

Employees have to spend 9 hours inside Office rather than Synechron premise.

Also, employees have some app installed in their virtual machines which tracks the duration for which they were logged in.
