Can I join the EY GDS session virtually on the second day also as currently I am not in the base location?

For laptop also I've opted to be couriered.

What can you do if you’re getting interviewed by the same person who didn’t choose you in the first place?
Context: I applied for a position a while back and got interviewed, but didn’t go to the next round. I found the same position open again a month later at a different location and applied. It’s truly impossible to focus on one task because things are constantly being thrown my way. What are your thoughts on invoking the rule of sequestration at a deposition in a case in state court? I have heard some attorneys argue that it is inapplicable, while others have argued that it does apply.

And does your answer change if the "extra" person is adverse to the deponent? For instance, a corporate plaintiff having two reps at the defendant's deposition.

Jr. Associate at an AmLaw 100 firm in Central Florida. Good credentials; top 10% at T14, law review. Sick of private practice bc of hours and pressure. Also, not enjoying the work that Central Florida offers, but want to live here.

What’s the best way to handle a traffic ticket? (I don’t practice this). There are two tickets. The first for one headlight being burnt out and the second for a plate light being burnt out. Car was later sold if that changes anything. Should they pay the tickets or go ask the judge for dismissal? And if the latter, what to say to the judge?
