I have close to 15 years functional experience in DEI strategy, business strategy, teaching, and coaching. I have my own consulting company that focuses on DEI. Is anyone dropping those requirements as our provincial governments also drop vac certificate regulations and other protections? I feel that our duty to keep employees safe at work means we should keep our policy in tact. (Masking is still required in all indoor spaces so that won’t change)

What is your work day like as a manager? I recently made the transition from being an individual contributor to a team manager and I feel that I have time at hand that I'm not using wisely.
