Benchmarking: what firms have holiday shutdowns (e.g., Christmas break, July 4th, etc) and do these count against personal PTO?

I’m at my step dad’s lake house and it’s in a gated very upper class neighborhood. There was a holiday party last night and it was incredible how much people were gossiping and talking crap about other people at this party. I’m currently at a boutique agency where it’s just me and my boss doing RM for about 200+ people. I have been there for almost a year and have implemented some new processes that are starting to help streamline the process. I currently make $85K. Is this an appropriate salary for my level?
