Hello all, I have an offer from Quantiphi and another famous travel company which is building a technical arm for themselves. Both the companies are offering same compensation. HRs are calling for offer acceptance. I am leaning towards Quantiphi as the culture is well known to me.
But I have to decide soon. Should I accept both the offers and then decline one at the time of joining. I am new to this and find this a little unethical. Can someone help?

£50-55k
Urgh really? Cross that one off then
Geez that bad?
london is rough man. The numbers are accurate.
I’m from London and was planning to move home. Maybe not now
I started in London in consulting years ago, was on 33k. Thought it would have improved
I started off in London. Left as a Manager in 2015 and was on £55k
MBB London managers do ~£180k, huge difference with Big 4. MBB analysts make more than Big 4 managers
That’s total comp with median bonus yes, might be for a 2nd year manager though, not sure. £90k is post mba base across all three
That is nuts
Big 4 pay in London is very low - you start with £35k + yearly bonus in hundreds of pounds as an analyst straight out of UG or Master's.
I am in pre-MBA in my firm and I already earn as much as post-MBA Big4 consultants from top schools here (e.g. LBS)
The story is different though if you work for their "elite" divisions like Strategy&, etc. - their pay is much better.
Source: dozens of mates/friends who work there.
When I was starting our base was similar to ATK and S& in London - can't speak for now, but I doubt there is a gap (our bonus is smaller though)
