Any therapists in here ever go from staff/hourly therapist to "Lead therapist" (without any supervisory duties, just a support role)? What % raise would be appropriate? I did that last year, now there is a "supervisory role" open and only Lead therapists can apply. This position goes from hourly to salary. our marketing dept is undergoing a complete overhaul. under old leadership, a $75k 12-mo contract was signed to a marketing group that handles our SEO, blog and everything Google Ads. All things I can and am in training to do. Current CTRs on G ads seem pitiful at no more than 0.75%. My meta ads coast around 4-6%. During this overhaul, would it be wise to not renew our contract, and negotiate for me to take over these roles and leverage a raise?
