What's going on at PwC advisory?
Hi Everyone I have joined FIS one month back only, I am just Okay with my current project. I see here everybody is leaving FIS and telling it's not good. I have changed Infosys within 7 months. Now, I don't want to switch this early. Can somebody tell me about the good points, pros in FIS. I really want to change my mindset so that I feel happy here and can give back something to organization.FIS Global

I would do it. What’s the difference in compensation? (Just to remember that SA at S& is not bad, but won’t get promoted until year 3)
Not to the offer stage yet, but I’m worried a PE analyst role outside of a megafund is a big pay cut
Do you want to do PE? If so, leave. Relevant PE experience will trump more general consulting experience if you want to move to another PE firm later. If you don't want to transition to PE as an exit, then stay.
Depends on how LMM. Beneath a certain size you aren’t working on large enough transactions to be building credibility.
Florida then nah lol
I would be careful with a newer fund like that then and really understand what they’re looking to invest into and what the analyst role is like. Will you be doing more modeling or are they going to have you in more of a growth equity role where you are doing cold calling?
With a find that young, there may be some cool experiences if it’s the right people and they can clearly articulate what your role is and where they are heading
Thanks! I’ll keep that in mind. The investors are not new, but it is a new fund. I’ll be sure to ask
A few additional things to consider: What’s the AUM? Do they have a clear path for future fundraises? Total headcount / level of expertise?
