Random question: does anyone know if Microsoft creatives use mac computers?
Yes, some do. When I worked there, they gave 2 new laptops, MacBook and a Surface, and a new desktop. It was great

Be ready for a drug test.
Be professional at all times. No crazy stories, edgy jokes, or any of that typical agency stuff. The process takes much longer too. Expect 3 or 4 rounds of interviews with 7 or 8 people.
Yep! I can always pass with flying colors
I interviewed at Amazon. Here is what I told someone who posted something similar. It’s a different process than the “agency “ interview.
Have good examples to show and be able to walk them through each part. Don't worry too much about the first interview - it's usually just basics.
Yeah. I went through 3 rounds of pre interviews at Amazon before I got to the case study all day interview finale. This is just one example of tech interviews. But a good one. Didn’t get the job bc some tech nerd on the very final interview of that day, someone who doesn’t get what an agency producer does, asked me a bunch of irrelevant, analytic not my job description kind of questions. Glad I didn’t get the job! Because right after that, I’ve been permalancing at the greatest independent agency of all time. 😀
What position are you interviewing for? Definitely a different process but same concept in general. Definitely expect multiple rounds with one in particular focusing heavily on your analytical/technical skills.
