Hi Guys , we husband wife makes 50 LPA . Now, my company is giving me onsite to Europe , do you think it is worth taking it ?

Is it worth joining Accenture Strategy as a Consultant (L9) with 6 YoE? How is the quality of projects ? What is work life balance like? How about base salary, bonus, perks?

I have been working with @Apisero from last 2 years. My current CTC is 8 LPA. How much increment should I expect/demand in this Hike Cycle?

Those who joined @Apisero recently with similar YOE. How much CTC was offered to you for Senior Software Engineer position.

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

4YOE @Amazon & trying to lateral to a similar role @FAANG. Have my undergrad GPA (3.8/4) on resume from top 15 school but colleague says to take it off (looks silly). If it’s a good school & high GPA, why ever take it off your resume? Even if 10 YOE...can’t hurt?

Deloitte Switzerland went bankrupt a few years ago. UK partners bought out the company in order to rescue….of course they establish their own people as they are now the owners. Now we have British partners running the Swiss office. No issues there. But there is an exodus of people leaving to rival firms. Either too much English or they don’t like the new work culture….:( not sure what is not to like about Deloitte though
