Just accepted a new position, which is also a promotion for me (from Senior Designer to Art Director). I’m really excited about this. The agency is great but is predominately white European men (at least all my interviews were), any advice for me as I step into this role being an immigrant WOC? Caveats: FB comp is $210k, consulting is 180k, being 6 hours away from family is almost a dealbreaker, and FB is a much better resume signaling name. What would you do?
