Which one u choose for better productivity

Help me with the inhand salary.

Has anyone left PwC while they still had an outstanding Educational Support Program repayment agreement? What is the repayment process like? Am I required to pay back the amount in full the day I leave the firm or is there the ability to do a repayment agreement? I’m looking at new opportunities and would like to have my new firm take on the amount of the tuition agreement ($14,000) but don’t know how much that might limit my options.

Internal transfers on the L1 are much easier than going through the H1B, and it may make the green card process easier/ faster if you do it the right way. You would have to leave your current IBM role and be rehired to IBM in the US for the legal entity change, but L1 covers this.
Absolutely agree, I've seen multiple relationships ruined by this
Why not go the internal transfer route? But in general I'd say develop expert knowledge and skills that are hard to find and network
I agree with M1, internal transfer is by far the most comfortable way to go. I moved countries a lot and always chose to do it as an internal transfer. Try networking with IBM US partners to generate a real pull
If you go L1, I’d suggest you really push for the L1A, though. The exec manager aspect of it used to allow you to go through the EB1C category for green cards which used to be faster than EB5. My information may well be out of date, so you’ll want to make sure you confirm this before taking any action.
If you do move to the US, make sure you get agreement from them to sponsor your green card. I didn’t and had to fight for it. Some firms may make you stay for a specific time period or have to repay the green card costs, which can be around 15K I think. Good luck!!!
Thanks. Valid point. IBM probably has a probation for it.
IBM only hands out sponsorship for specific roles, at this moment none of them are applicable to the roles I am appropriate for - also, it wouldn't be a transfer between countries, as far as I know I would have to quit my current job and then get re-hired with IBM US
L1 covers both a transfer and an assignment.
Thank you both for input. I am at a point where I am ready to exit, but by the sounds of it it seems like I should kick the can further down the road - transfer and then look around when over.
