What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.

Mixed views. Pros: Very very friendly, smart and supportive co workers (SC and below), interesting work (for the most part lol) and pay is quite good. Cons: long hours and morale has been low as a result; SMT always pretend to care .. but they don’t because the bad hours never change; despite the high quality of work the company produces (evident by the insane amount of work coming our way and hence why we’re trying to hire a lot more now), we don’t have a big brand name which may be beneficial for exit opportunities

Junior team is very nice, hard-working and smart (SC and below). We do most of the work, hold most of the pen. It used to be more fun and lively. The vibe is a bit… dead now. The team is not happy and somewhat disappointed. The senior team is a bit old school and doesn’t really think out of the box when solving the issues.
But it’s still a solid company with high-quality output. Culture is relatively good (no politik, no up or out, no drama), lots of development opportunities, relatively quick progress (tho don’t expect to be promoted within your first year unless you are a star). Morale is just really low, which will def affect new joiners (but if you are not affected by the externality, maybe you can be happy regardless!)
