Anybody get a new job without using a third party recruiter? If so, how and did you do more than just submit resumes? Third party recruiter seems the easiest way but they are very pushy

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.
